Customer Expert (Spanish Speaker)

We are looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Expert Representative to join our growing team in Bali.

If you are fluent or native in Spanish, have strong English communication skills, and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional customer support through calls, emails, and live chats.
• Assist customers with basic technical inquiries using provided scripts and guidelines.
• Identify and escalate priority issues through the appropriate channels.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and overall customer experience.
• Meet quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field (GPA ≥ 2.75). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Native or fluent Spanish proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (will be assessed during recruitment).
• Ability to work across multiple communication channels, including chat, email, and voice.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fast learner, independent, and adaptable.
• Available to start immediately.
• Willing to relocate and work onsite in Bali, Indonesia.
