Based in Burleigh, this is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced administrator or an ambitious individual to join a well-organised office with a dynamic team where your skills will be valued.

This is a key role in the business, ensuring smooth workflow between clients, property managers, tenants, homeowners and our operational team in the field.

About the Role

You will be the central point of coordination between office and field staff, using your initiative and experience to keep information flowing accurately and efficiently.

Duties include:

• Delighting clients with exceptional service

• Selling to inbound enquiries

• Managing and updating our customised database

• Entering and processing work orders received from property managers into the system

• Responding to phone, email and web enquiries

• Liaising with property managers, tenants, homeowners and technicians

• Accurate data entry and record keeping

• General office administration
