CUSTOMER Fulfillment Coordinator Summary – Basic Function Of The Role As a Customer Fulfillment Coordinator , you serve as the key link between our customers, Sales, Operations and manufacturing teams. You are responsible for managing the complete customer and order process, from quotation through delivery, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

In this role, you will support customers across the Benelux and EMEA regions , providing timely, accurate and professional service while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers across Benelux and EMEA.
• Prepare quotations and actively follow up on outstanding quotes and leads.
• Coordinate orders from start to finish with Sales, Operations and the Heavy Lifting Technology factory.
• Ensure accurate order administration, reporting and compliance with trade requirements.
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate resolution with the relevant departments.
• Maintain and support Salesforce as a super user.
• Work closely with Accounts on customer credit issues.
• Support the Customer Service Supervisor with reporting and relevant data.
• Support local marketing and customer activities.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and HSSEQ requirements.

Skills And Competencies

• Strong customer focus and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, energetic and well organized, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Professional and articulate in communication with customers and colleagues.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; Dutch is also required. Other languages are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM/Salesforce experience is an advantage.
• Technical affinity is a plus.

Education And Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar customer service/commercial role.
• Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and international trade.
• Experience in an international B2B environment is an advantage.
