Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Customer Fulfillment Officer for a hair salon. The successful candidate will manage customer bookings, coordinate salon services, process payments, promote and sell hair products, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Candidates residing in or around Lekki Phase One and its environs are strongly preferred due to the location of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer inquiries, appointments, bookings, and service requests via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate appointments with hairstylists to ensure timely service delivery and minimize customer waiting time.
• Process customer payments, issue receipts where applicable, maintain accurate transaction records, and account for daily sales.
• Promote and sell the salon's hair care products and recommend suitable products based on customers' needs.
• Monitor stock levels, record product sales, and report low stock or discrepancies to the appropriate person.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback, resolve complaints, and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain accurate customer records, appointment schedules, and service transaction details.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, front desk operations, retail sales, or cash handling is preferred.
• Good numerical skills and the ability to handle payments and reconcile daily transactions accurately.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to promote products, identify customer needs, and support sales.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in WhatsApp and other digital communication tools.
• Good organizational skills, honesty, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented attitude.
• An interest in the beauty and hair industry is an added advantage.
