Customer Growth Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and engage inactive customers through structured follow-ups and reactivation campaigns.
• Drive repeat purchases and increase revenue from existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve retention and loyalty.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products through effective product counselling.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase customer value.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
• Manage customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales data through the CRM system.
• Track customer purchase behaviour and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Work towards improving customer retention, repeat purchase frequency, and customer lifetime value.
• Achieve assigned revenue, conversion, and customer reactivation targets.
• Maintain high follow-up discipline and ensure no potential sales opportunity is missed.
• Coordinate with the Customer Growth team to support customer engagement and retention initiatives.
• Prepare and share regular reports on customer reactivation, conversions, repeat revenue, and follow-up status.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in the Healthcare, Wellness, FMCG, or similar customer-focused industry will be preferred.
