Responsibilities

• Manage system integrations and on-going 1st level support.
• Coordinate system connectivity activities, including API integrations, data exchanges, and other technical implementation requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams for system integrations and on-going support.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation activities, and issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement of onboarding and integration processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare project status reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to implementation success.

Qualification

• Bachelor of MIS, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in 1st level IT support, system integration, project management, or related roles within logistics, e-commerce, technology, or supply chain industries.
• Strong understanding of API integration, system connectivity, data exchange processes, and technical implementation concepts.
• Direct experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of SQL and Java.
• Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
