About the role

As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will be involved in face-to-face customer engagement and marketing activities for our clients. You will represent well-known brands and engage with customers at events, promotional areas and business locations.

Key responsibilities

• Representing well-known brands through face-to-face marketing
• Engaging and communicating with customers at events, promotional areas and business locations
• Introducing and explaining products/services to customers
• Building positive relationships with customers
• Supporting promotional campaigns and marketing activities
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Participating in team training, coaching and development sessions
• Learning sales, communication and leadership skills
• Supporting new team members as you gain experience

About you

• Malaysian candidates
• Minimum DIPLOMA qualification
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with different types of people
• Positive and outgoing personality
• Team player with a willingness to learn
• Interested in sales, marketing, business or customer engagement
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to travel to different campaign/event locations when required
