Customer Master Data Practitioner

About the role

As a Customer Master Data Practitioner, you will manage customer records and data integrity across financial systems. You'll create, update, and maintain customer information including names, addresses, billing profiles, and tax details in systems like SAP and AS400. You will validate data for errors or duplicates to keep database records clean and consistent, handle incoming requests from sales regarding new account creation and existing customer account changes, and collaborate with different teams to fix data issues and support smooth order to cash operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage customer records such as names, addresses, billing profiles, and tax details in systems like SAP, AS400
• Validate data for errors or duplicates to keep database records clean and consistent
• Handle incoming requests from sales regarding new account creation and/or existing customer account changes in a timely manner
• Collaborate with different teams to fix data issues and support smooth order to cash operations
• Follow data governance rules/policies and help improve data tracking and reporting methods

About you

• Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business related courses
• Basic understanding or working knowledge of general finance and various finance concepts and principles
• Basic knowledge or Beginner level in Excel
• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to follow and complete straightforward, stand-alone tasks within detailed instructions and predefined procedures
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
• Willing to be assigned in Naga City, Cam. Sur
• Less than 1 year work experience in Finance and Accounting (preferred)
• Knowledge of SAP or AS400 ERP is an advantage
• Experience in Customer Service/AR support or handling customer inquiries is an advantage
