Customer Onboarding Agent

About the role

As an Onboarding Agent, you will be the primary voice of this project. You will conduct outbound virtual calls to users, pitch the benefits of Uber, and assist them step-by-step through the account setup and activation process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume warm calls to drivers and riders to effectively pitch the advantages of Uber
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly call targets, conversion rates, and call quality metrics
• Walk users through the Uber app installation, document submission, and account troubleshooting
• Accurately log call outcomes, user feedback, and lead status in the CRM system

About you

• 1–2 years in Customer Service (CS), Telesales, or Contact Center roles is preferred
• Experience with cold calling or warm lead pitching is highly preferred
• Comfortable navigating digital platforms, CRM systems, and mobile applications (iOS/Android)
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections persuasively and work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive phone demeanor
• Willingness to work on rotating shift schedules, including weekends/public holidays if required
• Cantonese (must), English (fair), Mandarin (Preferred)
