We are looking for a confident and persuasive Customer Onboarding Executive to help signed-up clients become active, engaged and paying customers. This role is ideal for someone who is strong on the phone, patient with customers and good at following up without being pushy.

What You’ll Do

• Call signed-up venues and guide them through onboarding.
• Follow up regularly through calls and WhatsApp where appropriate.
• Help customers become active users and move towards the paid plan.
• Handle questions, hesitation and objections professionally.
• Maintain a clear pipeline so no customer is missed.
• Share common customer blockers with the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Confident spoken English with a clear and friendly tone.
• Strong phone communication and follow-up skills.
• Warm, persuasive and resilient personality.
• Good organisation and pipeline management skills.
• Experience in customer success, telesales, onboarding, account management or customer support would be useful.
