As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Customer Onboarding Intern to support customer onboarding, account setup, stakeholder coordination, and operational activities for our global customers.

Location: Pune (Work from Office + Hybrid)

Duration: 3-Month Internship

Shift Timings: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding and account setup activities.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Track onboarding progress and follow up on pending actions.
• Maintain onboarding records, trackers, and operational reports.
• Assist with customer communications and issue resolution.

Preferred Profile

• Bachelor's degree completed (Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable working in US support hours.

• This internship is initially for 3 months and may be extended based on business requirements.
