What they need
Lead end 2 end customer order execution, fulfillment & SLAs.
Manage billing, inventory reconciliation, GRN & ERP (SAP/JIRA) entries
Coordinate BOM costing, logistics, suppliers & teams
Handle client escalations, delivery timelines & progress updates.
Required Candidate profile
6-7 yrs exp in Customer Operations, Order Management & Project Execution.
Skilled in BOM costing, ERP (SAP/JIRA), stock audit & logistics.
Electronics/AV hardware domain background preferred.
