Customer Operations Associate - Logostics

CPS Asia Pacific is looking for a Customer Operations Associate to join our team in BGC, Taguig City.

This is a full-time opportunity for professionals with BPO and logistics account experience who are comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment. The role focuses on customer and operational support, case handling, documentation, tracking, and coordination using various digital systems and productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day customer and logistics support activities.
• Assist with shipment tracking, documentation, and case management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to resolve concerns.
• Update and maintain accurate information in company systems.
• Follow established procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements.
• Complete assigned tasks within required turnaround times and service-level targets.
• Use digital and productivity tools to support daily operations.
• Identify and escalate concerns according to established procedures.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance discussions.
• Maintain consistent productivity, quality, and accuracy.
• Adapt to new systems, processes, and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of BPO experience.
• Logistics account experience is required.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, transportation, or supply chain accounts is an advantage.
• Background in customer service, back-office, shared services, or operations support.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with service-level targets and structured processes.
• Strong computer and system navigation skills.
• Good documentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and work with new digital tools and technologies.

Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month
