📍 Office-based

💰 £40,000 per annum + up to £5,000 bonus

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Customer Operations Co-ordinator to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day running of customer operations.

This isn't your typical admin role.

You'll play a central role in the business, ensuring customer orders move smoothly from initial entry right through to delivery, invoicing and completion.

Working closely with our Sales Managers, customers and operations teams, you'll help keep everything running efficiently, accurately and on schedule.

What you'll be doing:

📦 Managing customer orders from entry through to delivery and invoicing, ensuring accuracy at every stage.

🚚 Coordinating transport and logistics, managing delivery schedules and resolving issues quickly.

🤝 Acting as a key point of contact for customers, handling queries and keeping communication flowing between sales and operations.

📊 Maintaining accurate order, delivery and performance trackers, ensuring full visibility of day-to-day operations.

🔍 Identifying potential issues early, taking ownership and working with the relevant teams to find solutions.

💼 Supporting invoicing, payment follow-ups and customer service performance reporting.

What we're looking for:

✅ Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

✅ Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.

✅ A proactive, accountable approach with a genuine sense of ownership.

✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.

✅ Confidence using Excel and internal business systems.

✅ Previous experience in operations, logistics or a similar role would be an advantage.
