About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to ensure that all tasks leading up to the financial close for company clients are completed on time. As an individual contributor, you will also handle report preparation, records control, customer issue resolution, and monitoring of customer service ticket health.

Responsibilities

• Manage client production reporting, invoicing, cost allocation, and settlements
• Prepare weekly production and customer service reports
• Resolve client and system issues with internal teams
• Coordinate client meetings and deliverable updates
• Support monthly business reviews
• Handle client correspondence and daily inquiries
• Review client data and recommend process improvements
• Provide backup support as needed
• Travel onsite and work outside regular hours when required
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams in English
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics or financial analysis
• Experience in billing, cost allocation, data analysis, or accounts payable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, macros, and formulas
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple client deliverables
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to guide others and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations
• Proactive, dependable, and results-oriented team player
• Professional and comfortable working with all organizational levels
• Willing to work shifting schedules to support 24/5 coverage

Nice to Have

• ERP/MRP systems experience
• Additional language proficiency, when required
