Customer Operations Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
• Process orders, answer questions about products/services, and provide solutions to issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in BPO/call center environment or related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital sales, digital marketing, online sales, voice process, etc. .
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
