Hiring: Voice Process Executive – US Voice Process

Location: Chandigarh | Work from Office

Salary: ₹23,100 In-Hand per Month (Including Night Shift Allowance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from US customers.

• Resolve queries and provide product information.

• Identify customer needs and promote relevant products/services.

• Maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Freshers can apply; experience is a plus.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred with all sem dmc
