🚨 Customer Operations Representative – Hybrid

💰 Pay: $22–$23/hr

📄 Contract: 6+ month contract with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

📍 Hybrid Schedule:

- First week: 3 days in the office for training

- After training: 1 day per week in the office, with the remaining days working remotely

I’m hiring for a Customer Operations Representative opportunity with a leading financial services company. This is a great fit for someone with strong data entry, customer operations, and high-volume processing experience.

What you’ll do:

• Process customer and policy-related requests with a high level of accuracy

• Complete high-volume data entry and documentation

• Process policy applications, contract changes, beneficiary updates, enrollment changes, payments, and other administrative requests

• Research and resolve issues related to policy administration and customer inquiries

• Follow up with customers or clients by email or phone when information is missing

• Support a team inbox and process customer/client requests

• Meet established quality, accuracy, and service-level standards

What we’re looking for:

• Strong data entry skills with speed and accuracy

• Experience working in a high-volume processing environment

• Strong computer and system navigation skills

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and data review

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Good organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

• Insurance or financial services experience is a plus
