We provide a powerful SaaS platform that empowers global brands, like H&M, 7-Eleven, and Hertz, to stay accurately found and verified across all major search, map, and social media platforms. Your Role 🛠️ As a Customer Operations Representative, you will be the backbone of our customer account management and online network presence. You’ll ensure our clients’ locations stay up and running with accurate, reliable data across all supported networks.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, solve tricky platform issues, and step in as an expert when guiding clients directly.

What you’ll do on a daily basis:

• Manage & Troubleshoot: Daily review, creation, and setup of new locations across supported online networks.
• Guide & Support: Help customers maintain accurate data quality, optimal account integrity, and overall presence, both via email communication and live meetings.
• Collaborate with Customer Success: Partner up with our Customer Success team to provide technical expertise and operational support on key customer projects.
• Partner with Product: Investigate platform and network-related issues alongside our Product Team to find slick, long-term solutions.

Who Are You? ⭐️ You don’t need years of complex tech experience, we value structure, problem-solving skills, and a great attitude above all else!

• Language Skills (Must-have): You are fluent/business level in both Polish and English (written and verbal). You will lead communication and technical discussions in both languages.
• Great Communicator: You can take complex, technical, or network-related concepts and explain them in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
• Detail-Oriented & Structured: You thrive when managing administrative tasks, keeping things organized, and digging into details with high accuracy.
• Proactive Problem-Solver: You have a solution-oriented mindset and love investigating issues to find the best way forward.
