We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join our Customer Operations Team, based in Auckland.

Mō te tūnga | About the role

As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be at the centre of the learner and employer experience. From enrolment through to qualification completion, you will play a key role in supporting trainees on their learning journey. This role has a strong frontline customer service focus and will include providing support through our Contact Centre, alongside wider customer operations and administration responsibilities.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and schedule learning materials and training courses
• Process learner results and maintain accurate training records
• Provide frontline support to learners, employers, and stakeholders
• Ensure smooth and timely communication across the training lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the Customer Operations Team

• Confidence communicating with customers over the phone and managing a range of enquiries
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence working with systems, data, and processes
• A proactive approach and commitment to delivering great service
