Customer Order Management Associate

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for processing, monitoring, and coordinating customer orders from receipt up to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and proper coordination with concerned departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, review, and accurately encode customer orders and purchase orders.
• Verify order details, item availability, pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance, and Logistics for order processing and fulfillment.
• Monitor order status, backorders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
• Provide timely updates and respond to customer order-related inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate order records, reports, and supporting documents.
• Follow up on delayed or incomplete orders and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and order management procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in order processing, customer service, sales administration, or logistics is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
