Customer Outreach Representative

Mallard Marketing is growing in the Riverside area, and we’re adding a full-time Customer Outreach Representative to support our wireless enrollment campaigns. If you’re someone who enjoys working directly with customers and wants to build real experience in sales, this Customer Outreach Representative role is designed to give you exactly that.

As a Customer Outreach Representative, you’ll be part of a team that connects customers with reliable cellular products and services through in-person outreach. This is a fully onsite role where the Customer Outreach Representative works at retail pop-ups and community events, guiding customers through eligibility and enrollment while contributing to daily sales goals.

This Customer Outreach Representative position is centered around one core objective: helping customers understand their options and complete the enrollment process confidently.

What the Customer Outreach Representative role involves:

• Speaking directly with customers at retail pop-ups and community events to introduce available wireless programs
• Asking the right questions to determine eligibility and matching customers with the best plan options
• Breaking down plan details, pricing, and device choices in a way that supports strong sales outcomes
• Walking each customer through the enrollment process from start to finish with accuracy and attention to detail
• Handling application steps, documentation, and account setup to ensure successful activations
• Keeping track of daily enrollment numbers and customer responses to improve overall sales consistency
• Working alongside other Customer Outreach Representative team members to maintain momentum and hit sales targets

What we look for in a Customer Outreach Representative:

• Minimum high school diploma
• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, restaurant or a similar field is a plus

• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple enrollment steps and customer interactions
• Interest in building experience in sales, customer engagement, and enrollment processes
