Customer Performance Executive – Hospitality

• Central working location
• This is a 9-month contract position

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with hotel clients to understand their operational needs and requirements.
• Support the implementation of workforce management software at client sites.
• Conduct system training and presentations for hotel staff across different departments.
• Provide post-implementation support and follow up to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Monitor customer usage and identify areas where additional support may be required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients.
• Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams on product improvements.
• Maintain proper project and customer records and ensure timely follow-up on issues.

Requirements

• 3 years in hotel operations such as Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping or related functions.

• Experience with hotel software or technology systems.

• Experience with HRIS or Workforce Management Systems is an advantage.

• Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.

• Willing to travel for client implementation projects.
