For Power-Packer in Oldenzaal I am looking for a Customer Program Manager to join the commercial team.

– Closing deals yourself with smaller customers and on engineering changes

– Visiting customers (10% of your time on average) and developing the relationship further

– Aligning Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics and Finance around the customer

– Working with the Key Account Manager on strategic accounts

This role may suit you if you

– have a bachelor’s degree and around five years of experience in a commercial role or commercial project management in a technical B2B environment

– speak fluent German and good English (Dutch is not required to start)

– live in the Twente region or the adjacent German border area

– prefer to act and adjust along the way rather than wait for complete certainty

The offer

Indicative salary of €70,000 to €80,000 gross per year, hybrid working (three days in Oldenzaal, two from home), and a Dutch employment contract, also for candidates living in Germany.

Interested, or do you know someone who could be a good fit? A short message or your CV is enough for an informal first conversation.

Your response will be treated confidentially.
