Customer Program Specialist II

About the role

The Customer Program Specialist II will assist the Product Line Manager in executing strategies for product line growth, market penetration, and diversification. This role involves collaborating across engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and finance to drive product and technology roadmaps, manage P&L performance, and improve business execution efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategies for product line growth, market penetration, and diversification
• Collaborate with engineering to execute product and technology roadmaps
• Develop forecasts and support P&L management for assigned products
• Create business cases for product enhancements and extensions
• Communicate product line status, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and customers to align product capabilities and demand
• Work with Operations, AO, and Finance to improve margin models and execution efficiency
• Identify risks and drive mitigation planning
• Support continuous improvement and resolve business bottlenecks
• Develop competitive analysis and market insights

About you

• BA/BS degree in business administration, operations management, or technical discipline from an accredited institution
• 3-6 years experience in product management, engineering, operations, or related roles
• Strong analytical and business acumen
• Ability to manage product line performance with moderate independence
• Cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM)
• Project management and organizational capability
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Experience in semiconductor or technical manufacturing industry preferred
