Customer Project Manager - Development & Manufacturing

Role Description To strengthen our Special Nutrition Solutions (SNS) Team , we are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join us as a Customer Project Manager – Development & Manufacturing (m/f/d) .

In this role, you will be responsible for the operational and commercial management of customer projects across the entire value chain, from initial inquiry through development and implementation to successful market launch. You will act as the key interface between Sales, Customers, Product Development, Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently lead and coordinate CDMO projects within the SNS business area, assuming overall operational responsibility for customer-related projects and change requests throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Manage projects from the initial customer inquiry through to successful completion.
• Translate customer requirements into technical, operational, and organizational work packages.
• Align product requirements, timelines, budgets, and milestones with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Customers, Product Development, Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate project meetings and proactively drive project progress, manage escalations, and implement corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Document all project-related decisions and outcomes in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Sales team during customer visits and technical discussions.
• Prepare presentations, sales materials, and customer-specific project information in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and customer-facing processes.
