Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer QA Liaison to help maintain strong relationships with our customers and ensure product quality standards are met. This person will serve as the main contact between customers and our plant to address quality concerns, coordinate inspections, and help resolve problems.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers regarding quality issues and complaints.
• Coordinate product inspections, sorting, and containment activities.
• Follow up on customer complaints and corrective action reports (8D).
• Work with internal departments to identify and resolve quality problems.
• Track quality performance, customer scorecards, and quality-related costs.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.
• Support quality audits and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in Quality Assurance or manufacturing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of quality tools, problem-solving, and inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with 8D reports, PFMEA, and control plans preferred.
• Good communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime or weekends as needed.
