Customer Quality Engineer

Summary:

• MNC
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
• UP$3500-$4600
• AWS+VB
• Pioneer Cres, company transport provided island-wide

Responsibilities:

• Communicate investigation status, root cause, and corrective actions clearly to customers
• Lead customer complaints, Return To Vendor and quality claims
• Perform and coordinate root cause analysis across manufacturing, process, and engineering teams
• Prepare regular quality reports and dashboards through monitoring (customer complaints, claim frequency etc.)
• Support customer audits and quality system reviews
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in similar field would be of advantage
• Proficient in quality analysis tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, RCA would be preferred
