CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION – Customer Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1- Handle Customer Complaints & Warranty Claims

2- Monitor Incoming & Outgoing Quality Inspection

3- Understand on WI, SOP, PFMEA & Control Plan.

4- Conduct process improvement / Kaizen activities.

5- Support new model, trial run and process validation.

6- Support Quality in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

7- Conduct Root Cause Analysis & 8D

8- Troubleshoot production and process issues.

9- Follow up Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)

10- Prepare quality reports and monitor quality improvement

Requirements:

1- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related field.

2- Experience in automotive manufacturing is an advantage.

3- Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, 4M/5M1E and 5 Why, Kaizen & Drawing / measurement.

4- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

5- IATF 16949 Awareness.

6- Good Knowledge on documentation and reporting with Microsoft offices Power Point , Excel and Others

7- Able to work independently and as a team Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

8- 1 year experience in related field

9- Willing to work at Subang Jaya
