Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct warranty analysis to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Handle warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Perform inspections at customer sites to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage line rejections by identifying and addressing issues affecting product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve field quality issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in after-market services or a related field.
• Strong understanding of warranty handling, warranty analysis, and warranty claims processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality.
