What they need
Job Function for Officer : Take care of customer 0km claim , promoting Quality improvement activity and
Early Detection Early Resolution activity. Support genba confirmation, sorting at warehouse or customer.
Responsibility
- To make an operational plan to be complied with company regulation and policy
- To conduct Quality improvement activity and Early Detection Early Resolution activity for 0KM claim by
cooperating with Car Makers, DN Plants and Suppliers and lead target achievement
- To monitor customer monthly evaluation result, activity result, summarize and report superiors
- To monitor, collect and submit the inspection monthly data to customer
- To analyze weakness of 0KM claim work process and continuous improvement
- To perform other assigned jobs from superior
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Good learning, good negotiation and data analysis skill.
Being able to drive cars with license.
Good English communication.
MS Office proficiency especially Excel.
Experienced in Automotive industry will be advantage.
