客户质量经理-Customer Quality Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 Major Responsibilities  Built up extensive understanding of the customer, combined with quick responses to customer demands and provide customer satisfaction and considerably contribute to build the Nexteer reputation and brand.  Act as major Nexteer plant contact for first level product analysis  Performs steering system evaluation on vehicle level.  Tracks and communicates product and quality improvements and assures that customer expectations  are met focus to provide into B2B feedback for Plant Quality related items  Maintain good relationship to all plant functions ( Quality , Engineering and Logistic)  Support implementation of product changes and coordinates flawless introduction at customer plant  Supports Product Development ( PDT) activities as required  Contributes to Quality metrics and objectives ( timely prototype deliveries , customer response time, line rejects and customer complaints  Supports cost saving and quality improvement initiatives  Communicates in weekly report quality issues and its resolution. Reflects customer perception  Monitor cost of poor performance  Alerts organization on upcoming quality issues

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:  Mechanical or electrical Engineering degree  Familiarity with automotive Standards (ISO 16949 and VDA))  Familiarity with automotive development process  Experience & expertise in steering product design  Knowledge of total quality tools (5 tools(FMEA;SPC;PPAP;APQP;MSA);6 Sigma.)  Proficient written and verbal communication skills (German and English)  High Ability to work in a team environment Experience:  5+ yrs of experience in mechanical Engineering preferable in the automotive business
