Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• In alignment with the company and department quality objectives, formulate specific quality management objectives for the customer complaint team, and conduct regular supervision and inspection on performance achievement.
• Be responsible for response, coordination and handling of customer complaints. Organize the team to analyze root causes, develop corrective and preventive actions, track and verify the implementation effect of actions until closure, and prepare written 8D reports.
• Confirm and track customers’ monthly scoring results. For items with unsatisfactory deduction scores, provide feedback to relevant internal departments and drive improvement.
• Conduct analysis on warranty returned parts, and handle verification and appeal of customer claims.
• Respond to customer on‑site audits. For audit findings, push relevant departments to conduct analysis and improvement until verification and closure.
• Carry out statistics and analysis of monthly product PPM.
• Collect, identify and manage special customer requirements.
• Manage products in R‑QA and QA‑P storage locations.
• Supervise employees of this module to implement the company’s HSE policies and requirements, and remind and correct unsafe and improper behaviors of other employees.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the department leader.

Keys to Success

• Possess good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Be proficient in quality tools including the 7 QC Tools, Fishbone Diagram analysis, FMEA, SPC, MSA, FTA and 8D.
• Familiar with IATF 16949 requirements.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage customer complaints and drive continuous preventive improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or above; mechanical or chemical engineering major is preferred.
• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, with particularly good oral communication skills.
• Skilled in using office software, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
