What they need
- Achieve outlet sales satisfaction index target.
- Achieve outlet insurance renewal target.
- Provide test drive, showroom events, roadshow and visitation support to sales team.
- Support daily report and administrative works.
- Support customer care and engagement activities.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Business/Marketing/Communication or related field.
- Experience in customer service/frontline/automotive is an added advantage (fresh grads are welcome).
- Pleasant, customer-oriented and good communication skills.
- Able to work on weekends/public holidays when required.
- Computer literate (MS Office/Google, WhatsApp).
