Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relation, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing inquiries with professionalism. On a daily basis, the Customer Relation will provide support to customers, resolve concerns, monitor service quality, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficiency in Client Relations management and handling customer inquiries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to improving customer experiences
- Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
