About the role

This is a Front Desk/Receptionist position in the hospitality industry, responsible for welcoming and serving residents professionally, managing front desk systems and administration, handling resident complaints, processing payments, and coordinating with other departments to ensure resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and provide service to residents with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency
• Manage front desk systems and administration as well as resident data recording
• Handle resident complaints responsively, provide information about facilities and apartment services
• Handle payment transactions and front desk financial management carefully and transparently
• Help resolve guest complaints and issues quickly and satisfactorily to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other service departments to meet resident needs and complaints
• Maintain cleanliness, security, and appearance of the front office area
• Work in a shift system, including weekends and national holidays

About you

• Minimum education: SMA or SMK, with preference for hospitality program graduates
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry or front desk/receptionist role
• Very good communication skills in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Service oriented, polite, honest, and disciplined
• Detail oriented, thorough, and responsible
• Able to operate Ms. Office
• Flexibility in work schedule, including night shifts and holidays if required
