Responsibilities

• Handle luxury clients with precision, poise, passion
• Coordinate with Service Advisors Technicians
• Manage digital appointment flow, feedback, and delight
• Deliver every car like it's a red-carpet handover

Qualifications

• Graduate (BBA / BMS / Hospitality / Mass Comm / Arts)
• 3-6 years in high-end service industry (luxury hotels, airlines, premium auto brands)
• Age: 25 to 40 years
• Fluent English, email etiquette, CRM tools, warm smile a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling HNIs, CEOs, Expats, Celebs
• CRM Software (AutoBooom / Autorox / Salesforce)
• WhatsApp Business AI Chat Assist tools
• Knowledge of luxury car service processes
• DMS systems
