Customer Relations Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer enquiries and provide timely assistance.
Follow up with prospective customers and leads.
Arrange and coordinate apartment site visits.
Support the sales process and actively contribute to apartment sales.
Maintain regular communication with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Explain apartment details, pricing, offers, and project features to customers.
Assist customers with booking and required documentation.
Maintain customer records and follow-up reports.
Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
Maintain good relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Achieve assigned customer follow-up and apartment sales.
