Customer Relation Executive

Job Scope:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online chat platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, or service arrangements with customers.
• Provide administrative and customer service support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow up with customers to obtain required information and documentation.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and up-to-date information regarding products, services, and company processes.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates must have a good command of written & spoken English & Bahasa Malay. Able to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus.
• Skills needed: Good communication/ customer service skills, accurate and logical problem solving, multitasking skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
