Customer Relation Executive

About the role

Saka Saka is a multi-national company focused on bringing popular tabletop games like the Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game to players across Asia. We're expanding our Thailand operations and looking for a Customer Relations Executive to support our growing network of retail partners. This role is perfect for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to play a key part in our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Work from our Bangkok office to support hobby stores and retail accounts engaged by the sales team
• Respond to store inquiries via email or phone professionally and promptly
• Receive and process preorder submissions from stores
• Create and manage sales orders and invoices in our internal system
• Coordinate payment confirmation and order fulfilment with our logistics partners
• Use the fulfilment center's system to schedule product shipments
• Assist with distributing marketing materials, promotional items, and organized play kits to stores
• Support internal reporting and tracking of store communications and deliveries

About you

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing
• Proficient in basic business software (e.g., Google Sheets, order management systems)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Thai language fluency required; Good English for internal communications
