Customer Relation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on solar customer enquiries and leads.
• Maintain and update the daily lead/enquiry sheet regularly.
• Coordinate with the CRO and other departments regarding customer requirements and follow-ups.
• Contact customers to collect required details and documents.
• Provide customers with basic information about solar products, installation process, payment terms, and subsidy procedures.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for customer-related requirements.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly customer follow-up reports with the concerned team.
• Ensure pending customer enquiries are followed up without delay.
• Support the team in achieving monthly solar enquiry, conversion, and billing targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
