Customer Relation Executive

• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Follow up with customers regarding service appointments, vehicle delivery, and pending concerns.
• Make post-service follow-up calls and collect customer feedback.
• Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSI/PSF).
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct customer satisfaction calls and maintain proper records.
• Follow up on PSF/CATI feedback and complaints.
• Inform customers about service offers, campaigns, and dealership activities.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction and complaint records in CRM/DMS.
• Support customer retention activities and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to customer calls, feedback, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with dealership customer-care standards and Hyundai processes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
