Customer Relation Executive

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or lead conversion.
• Proven experience in lead follow-up and customer conversion.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving conversions.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and CRM/lead management systems.
• Experience in the aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, hair, skin, or wellness industry will be an added advantage.
• Should be proactive, confident, and comfortable making a high volume of follow-up calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
