Customer Relation Executive

• Customer Interaction & Support: Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, or in-person visits to address client questions and service requests.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate customer complaints, provide prompt solutions, and handle escalations professionally.
• Relationship Management: Onboard new clients, check in regularly, and foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
• Data & Feedback Collection: Record and update customer details in a CRM database (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and gather feedback to improve services.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and product teams to align service delivery with client needs.
• Service Promotion: Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products and packages when applicable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
