Customer Relation Executive

About the role

Icon Jco Puchong SDN BHD is seeking a Customer Relation Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Puchong Jaya, Selangor. As a Customer Relation Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships whilst ensuring exceptional customer service at every interaction. This role is integral to our business operations and directly impacts customer satisfaction, retention, and our reputation in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond to customer feedback, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company's system.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, customer follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Prepare customer reports and maintain proper documentation when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or customer relations is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented, patient, and able to handle complaints professionally.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
