Customer Relation Executive (CRE)

Call existing customers to remind them about scheduled/periodic vehicle service.

Inform customers when their car's service is due based on time or kilometers.

Schedule service appointments according to customer availability.

Follow up with customers who did not respond to earlier calls.

Explain basic service-related information, such as:

Periodic maintenance

General servicing

AC check-up

Battery/tyre-related services

Insurance or warranty-related follow-up

Vehicle pickup/drop facilities, if available

Confirm appointments before the customer's visit.

Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding customer appointments.

Make post-service follow-up calls to check customer satisfaction.

Record customer responses, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM/DMS system.

Contact customers for service campaigns, special offers, or maintenance packages.

Handle basic customer queries and forward technical complaints to the Service Advisor/Workshop team.

Maintain daily calling reports and work toward appointment and customer-retention targets.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
