Customer Relation Executive (CRE) – Service

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Relation Executive (CRE) – Service to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Iban/Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience in the automotive industry or customer service environment is an added advantage.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
• Experience in front desk or customer reception duties is preferred.
• Possess own transportation.
• Team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer inquiries, appointments, and service-related requests.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Follow up with customers regarding service appointments, maintenance reminders, and feedback.
• Assist in managing customer records and service documentation.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely updates on resolutions.
• Prepare reports and administrative documents as required.
• Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
