Customer Relation Management (CRM)

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts departments.
• Maintain customer records and databases.
• Make follow-up calls and provide timely customer updates.
• Support the sales team in customer communication.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports using MS Excel.
• Handle customer queries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
