About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our real estate team, handling customer relationships for our portfolio of premium villas and residences.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams. Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Communicate with prospective and existing customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
• Follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate site visits and appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases.
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
• Address customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Follow up with customers after site visits and throughout the booking process.
• Prepare regular follow-up and customer status reports.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and professional approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Candidates with experience in CRM, real estate, sales coordination, customer service, or hospitality will be preferred.
