Customer Relation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with customers regarding new bike enquiries, test rides, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
• Contact existing customers for service reminders, periodic maintenance, and renewal reminders.
• Collect customer feedback after vehicle delivery and service visits.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with the sales and service teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain customer databases, call records, and daily follow-up reports.
• Improve customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Inform customers about new models, offers, exchange schemes, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, insurance, and spare parts departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Support customer loyalty programmes, referral activities, and customer engagement campaigns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
